第１章  総 則
（目 的）
第１条 この規則は、株式会社XXXXX（以下「会社」という。）の労働条件を明らかにすること及び職場秩序の維持を目的として、従業員の就業に関する基本的事項を定めるものである。
(Purpose)
Article 1 The present Office Regulations set forth the fundamental conditions of the basic rights, duties and obligations of employees of XXXXX Company Limited for the purpose of defining the working conditions of employees and maintaining order and discipline of the workplace.

２ 従業員は、この規則を遵守し、信義に従い誠実に権利を行使し、及び義務を履行すべきものであり、その債務の本旨に従った労務の提供を心がけなければならない。
2 Employees shall comply with these Office Regulations, exercise their rights and perform their duties faithfully according to the principles set forth herein, with due care to perform their service according to the true spirit and intent expected in connection with their duties and obligations.

(従業員の区分及び定義)
(Classification and definition of employees by type of employment)

第２条 従業員の区分及び定義は、次のとおりとする。
All individuals hired by the Company shall be classified and defined according to type of employment as follows:

（1）正社員：期間の定めのない労働契約により、正規の従業員として採用された者をいう。（ただし、試用期間中の者を含む。）
(1) Full-time employees: Any individual hired as a regular employee under an employment agreement without term (including full-time employees on trial);
